Transliteration:( Wa law anna lillazeena zalamoo maa fil ardi jamee'anw wa mislahoo ma'ahoo laftadaw bihee min sooo'il azaabi Yawmal Qiyaamah; wa badaa lahum minal laahi maa lam yakoonoo yahtasiboon )

47. And if those who are the wrongdoers had all that is in the earth [118] and the likes thereof, in addition to it, they would certainly have offered all of it as ransom to get benefit from the severe [119] punishment on the Day of Resurrection. But there will appear to them from Allah that which they never imagine (120). (Kanzul Imaan Translation)

(47) And if those who did wrong had all that is in the earth entirely and the like of it with it, they would [attempt to] ransom themselves thereby from the worst of the punishment on the Day of Resurrection. And there will appear to them from Allāh that which they had not taken into account.[1352] (Saheen International Translation)

118. By oppressors is meant the infidels, ie the punishment of Hell for the infidels will be so severe that on that day if they had all the treasures of the world in their possession, they would gladly give these to lessen this torment

119. So that he can give this wealth to save themselves from the divine punishment. This means the miserliness of the infidels is the only one in the world. When they see the torment in the Hereafter they will forget about their miserliness. In this world Zakat was a burden, they will be ready to give everything.

120. He gave them such punishment, that was beyond their imagination. .Or, the deeds in which they had placed their proved of no benefit to them. Because condition for the acceptance of good deeds, and faith, the idols in which they had placed their trust, all turned away from them. In short, this verse can be interpreted in many ways.
