📖 Commentary of Surah Al-Anbiya – Verse 15

"So that cry of theirs ceased not till We made them as a field that is reaped, extinct."

✅ Complete Destruction After Helpless Cries

Their wailing and pleading continued, but it was of no use, as they had already denied the truth when they had the chance.

Allah says their cries did not stop until they were wiped out, like a harvested field—cut down and lifeless.
This simile shows their total extinction, with no trace of life or return, a fate that came after persistent rejection and delayed remorse.
