Quran-21:20 Surah Al-anbiya English Translation,Transliteration and Tafsir(Tafseer).

يُسَبِّحُونَ ٱلَّيۡلَ وَٱلنَّهَارَ لَا يَفۡتُرُونَ

Transliteration:( Yusabbihoona laila wannahaara laa yafturoon )

20. They glorify Him night and day and intermit not (31).

31. To these angels the Tasbeeh (Glorification of Allah Almighty) and Tahleel (declaration of the unity of Allah Almighty) is the same as breathing is to us. Just as while we breathe we talk, the angels too while reciting Tasbech and Tahleel offer prayer to the believers and curse the infidels. Thus, there is no inconsistency in the verse.
