Transliteration:( Qaala Rabbee ya'lamul qawla fis samaaa'i wal ardi wa Huwas Samee'ul 'Aleem )
"The Prophet said, 'My Lord knows every word of the heavens and the earth. And He is the All-Knowing and the All-Seeing' [8]." (Kanzul Imaan Translation)
This verse is the Prophet’s ﷺ response to the secret plotting of the disbelievers mentioned earlier.
He declares that Allah knows every hidden and open word, whether in the heavens or on earth.
Thus, the disbelievers will be punished for their whispered mockery, while believers will be rewarded even for acts of hidden worship, because nothing escapes Allah’s knowledge.
The tafsir of Surah Anbiya verse 4 by Ibn Kathir is unavailable here.
Please refer to Surah Anbiya ayat 1 which provides the complete commentary from verse 2 through 6.
(21:4) He said: “My Lord knows well all that is spoken in the heavens and the earth. He is All-Hearing, All- Knowing.”[6]
6. This was the answer of the Prophet (peace be upon him) to their false propaganda and whispering campaign. Instead of giving a tit for tat answer, he said: My Lord will deal with you for He hears everything and knows everything.
