Quran-21:27 Surah Al-anbiya English Translation,Transliteration and Tafsir(Tafseer).

لَا يَسۡبِقُونَهُۥ بِٱلۡقَوۡلِ وَهُم بِأَمۡرِهِۦ يَعۡمَلُونَ

Transliteration:( Laa yasbiqoonahoo bil qawli wa hum bi amrihee ya'maloon )

27. They precede Him not in word, and they act only by His Command (40)

40. From this we understand that the angels are innocent and do not commit any sin. Says Allah Almighty: "They do not disobey the Commands of Allah" (S66: V6).
