Transliteration:( Bal ta'teehim baghtatan fatabhatuhum falaa yastatee'oona raddahaa wa laa hum yunzaroon )
"Rather it will come to them all of a sudden, then it will confound [63] them, and they will not be able to avert it. Nor will they be given respite."
This verse describes how the punishment or the Hour (Day of Judgement) will come unexpectedly to the disbelievers, and it will utterly confound them — overwhelming their senses and leaving them helpless.
However, this state of confusion and panic will not apply to everyone. The chosen servants of Allah will remain calm and secure. As Allah says:
"The Grey Terror shall not grieve them." (Surah Al-Anbiya 21:103)
"There is no fear nor any grief upon them." (Surah Yunus 10:62)
These verses affirm that the awliya (friends of Allah) will be spared from fear and distress, while those who denied truth will be seized suddenly, without defense or delay.
