Transliteration:( Wa lammaa jaaa'a 'Eesaa bilbaiyinaati qaala qad ji'tukum bil Hikmati wa li-ubaiyina lakum ba'dal lazee takhtalifoona feehi fattaqul laaha wa atee'oon )
"And when Isa (Jesus) came with clear miraculous signs [110], he said: 'I have come to you with wisdom [111] and in order to make clear to you some of that [112] wherein you differ. Therefore, fear Allah and obey me.'"
These include the verses of the blessed Injil and his miracles such as raising the dead, curing the blind and lepers, and revealing unseen knowledge—wisdom that showed people what they had done or left behind.
The blessed Injil along with his wise sermons and counsel made Hazrat Isa (peace be upon him) unparalleled in delivering words of wisdom to his people.
The word "some" here can be understood either as "everything" in some contexts, as Allah says: "Then put apart of each of them on each hill" (Quran 2:260), or it may refer specifically to religious injunctions mentioned in the Taurah, which he came to clarify.
