Transliteration:( Wa tabaarakal lazee lahoo mulkus samaawaati wal ardi wa maa bainahumaa wa 'indahoo 'ilmus Saa'ati wa ilaihi turja'oon )
"And blessed is He to whom belongs the Kingdom of the heavens and the earth and whatever is between [147]. And He has the knowledge [148] of the Hour and you are to return to Him."
This means that everlasting and absolute ownership belongs solely to Allah Almighty. However, temporary and worldly possessions may be granted to His servants—for example, a person owns his house, a king rules his land, and the Holy Prophet ﷺ is granted ownership over the entire creation of Allah by Divine permission. As Allah states: "O Beloved! Undoubtedly, We have bestowed upon you abundance of good" (Surah Kawthar, 108:1).
Knowledge of the Day of Judgement is exclusive to Allah, and He gives portions of it to whom He wills. Allah bestowed this knowledge to the Holy Prophet ﷺ to the extent He willed. A concise affirmation of this concept is found near the end of Surah Luqman. The verse reminds us that ultimately, we shall return to Him, so we must prepare for that return with faith and righteous deeds.

Please refer to Surah Zukhruf ayat 81 which provides the complete commentary from verse 81 through 89.
(43:85) Blessed is He Who has dominion over the heavens and the earth and all that is between them.[66] With Him is the knowledge of the Hour; and to Him you shall all be sent back.[67]
66. That is, He is far above it that another should be His associate in Godhead and may have any share whatsoever in ruling this great universe. Whatever is there in the earth and the heavens, whether the Prophets, the saints, the angels, jinn, spirits, stars or planets, they are His servants and slaves and subjects. It is impossible for them to be characterized with a divine attribute or be possessed with a divine power.
67. That is, you may have taken anyone as your helper and patron in the world, but after death you will have to face only One God and render an account of your deeds before Him alone.
