Quran-26:180 Surah Ash-shuara English Translation,Transliteration and Tafsir(Tafseer).

وَمَآ أَسۡـَٔلُكُمۡ عَلَيۡهِ مِنۡ أَجۡرٍۖ إِنۡ أَجۡرِيَ إِلَّا عَلَىٰ رَبِّ ٱلۡعَٰلَمِينَ

Transliteration:( Wa maaa as'alukum 'alaihi min ajrin in ajriya illaa 'alaa Rabbil 'aalameen )

180. And I ask you no reward for it. My reward is only with the Lord of the worlds. [180] (Kanzul Imaan Translation)

(180) And I do not ask you for it any payment. My payment is only from the Lord of the worlds. (Saheen International Translation)

Shu‘ayb عليه السلام clarifies that his mission is not for personal gain.
He seeks no payment, reinforcing that his efforts are purely for Allah, the Lord of all creation.
