Transliteration:( Wa tilka ni'matun tamun nuhaa 'alaiya an 'abbatta Baneee Israaa'eel )
"And is this the favor you are reminding me of, that you have enslaved the children of Israel [30]?"
In this verse, Prophet Musa (عليه السلام) boldly responds to Pharaoh’s earlier claim of favor. He questions whether raising one child justifies the enslavement and oppression of an entire nation. Musa exposes the hypocrisy and cruelty in Pharaoh’s words.
By saying this, he makes it clear that true favors are not accompanied by tyranny, and that Pharaoh’s so-called generosity was a cover for injustice. This statement reflects both moral clarity and prophetic courage in standing up to a tyrant.

(26:22) Now this is the favour that you tauntingly remind me of: that you enslaved the Children of Israel!”[18]
18. That is, if you had not been unjust and cruel to the Israelites. I should not have been brought to your house for upbringing. It was only on account of your barbarism that my mother put me in a basket and cast it into the river. Had it not been so, I should have been happily brought up in my own house. Therefore, it does not behoove you to remind me of your favor of bringing me up in your house.
