Transliteration:( Qaala lilmala-i hawlahooo inna haazaa lasaahirun 'aleem )
"(Firawn) said to the chiefs, 'Indeed, he is a magician learned' [43]."
Unable to deny the miracles, Pharaoh labels Musa (عليه السلام) as a skilled magician to mislead the people. This was a tactic to undermine the truth and frame the divine signs as sorcery, preserving his own authority.
