Transliteration:( Qaaloo la tawjal innaa nubashshiruka bighulaamin 'aleem )
"They said, 'Do not fear, we give you glad tidings of a son who will possess knowledge' [62]."
From this we learn that Allah Almighty Himself has bestowed the five branches of knowledge to the angels. It was through divine instruction that they informed Hazrat Ebrahim (عليه السلام) that he would be blessed with a son — one who would not only be a Prophet, but also endowed with knowledge.
This also shows that the possession of knowledge is essential for prophethood, and that a learned son is a great gift from Allah Almighty. The emphasis on knowledge here reflects its central role in divine missions and its high rank in the sight of Allah.

32. “A boy possessing knowledge”, Prophet Isaac (peace be upon him). His name has been mentioned in connection with this good news in Surah Houd, Ayat 71.
