Transliteration:( Fasabbih bihamdi Rabbika wa kum minas saajideen )
So glorify the praise of your Lord and be among those who prostrate [108].
✅ [108] Remedy for Distress and Sorrow
This verse provides a powerful remedy for sadness and hardship: remembering Allah and engaging in prostration.
The instruction to glorify and praise Allah is both a spiritual comfort and a shield against emotional distress.
Allah declares in the Qur'an:
"Behold, in the remembrance of Allah alone there is the satisfaction of the hearts." (Surah Ar-Ra’d, 13:28)
✅ Consolation to the Prophet ﷺ
When the Holy Prophet ﷺ faced ridicule and hostility from the disbelievers, Allah commanded him to seek solace in dhikr (remembrance) and sujood (prostration).
This reflects the high status of the Prophet ﷺ—Allah not only defends him but also consoles him directly.
The verse teaches that the true fortification against one's enemies and inner grief lies in devotion, remembrance, and submission to Allah.
This is a timeless message: for every believer facing hardship, turning to Allah in worship brings peace and strength.
