    📖 Commentary of Surah Al-Hijr – Verse 27

    And the Jinn We created before from smokeless fire [34].

    ✅ [34] The Creation of the Jinn

    From this, two issues emerge:

    1. The creation of jinns took place before that of human beings.

    2. Shaitaan (Satan) penetrates the pores of human beings because his creation is from such a fire that is able to penetrate. This reflects the nature of his creation, which allows him to influence and affect human beings.

    18. As samum is not wind, nar-i-samum will mean flame of intense heat and not of fire. This is the explanation of those passages in which it has been stated that jinns have been created from fire.
