Quran Quote  : 

Quran-17:41 Surah Al-isra English Translation,Transliteration and Tafsir(Tafseer).

وَلَقَدۡ صَرَّفۡنَا فِي هَٰذَا ٱلۡقُرۡءَانِ لِيَذَّكَّرُواْ وَمَا يَزِيدُهُمۡ إِلَّا نُفُورٗا

Transliteration:( Wa laqad sarrafnaa fee haazal Quraani liyazzakkaroo wa maa yazeeduhum illaa nufooraa )

41. And no doubt, We explain in this Quran variedly that they understand (93). and nothing may increased in them by it but hatred (94).

93. He explained one topic, in various styles, proofs, examples, wisdom, lessons, and narratives, because some accept proofs, some through admonitions, some through examples. Since the Holy QUR'AAN has come for all, it caters for all types of people as well.

94. This tells us that any heart which is bereft of the love and greatness of the Holy Prophet would not benefit from the Holy QUR'AAN, but on the contrary. the Holy QUR'AAN will cause harm to him. Some trees are destroyed by rain, those of weak bladder become sick through nutritious food. It is for this reason that an infidel is given a Holy QUR'AAN after he recites the Kalima.

 

Ibn-Kathir

41. And surely, We have explained in this Qur’an that they may take heed, but it increases them in naught save aversion.) Allah says:

﴿وَلَقَدْ صَرَّفْنَا فِى هَـذَا الْقُرْءَانِ﴾

(And surely, We have explained in this Qur’an) meaning, `We have explained Our warni- ngs so that they may remember the proof, evidence and exhorta- tions contained there- in, and be prevented from Shirk, wrong- doing and scandal.’

﴿وَمَا يَزِيدُهُمْ﴾

(but it increases them in naught) the wrong- doers among them

﴿إِلاَّ نُفُورًا﴾

(save aversion.) aversion towards the truth; they go further away from it.

(17:41) We have expounded (the Truth) in diverse ways in this Qur’an that they might take it to heart but all this only aggravates their aversion.
