Transliteration:( Wa yakhirroona lil azqaani yabkoona wa yazeeduhum khushoo'aa (make sajda) )
"And they fall down upon their faces, weeping, and it increases them in humble submission [224]."
From this verse emerge two important points:
It is Sunnah to cry while listening to the recitation of the Holy Qur’an, as it reflects a deep emotional and spiritual connection.
The recitation of the Holy Qur’an naturally brings humility and tenderness to the heart, increasing one's submission and sincerity before Allah Almighty.

(17:109) And they fall down upon their faces, weeping, and their humility[121] increases when (the Qur’an) is recited to them.[122]
121. That is, when they listen to the Quran, they at once recognize that its bearer is the promised Prophet mentioned in the Books of the former Prophets.
122. This attitude of the righteous people of the Book has been mentioned at several places in the Quran, e.g., (Surah Aal-Imran, Ayat 113-114), (Surah Aal-Imran, Ayat 199), (Surah Al-Maidah, Ayats 83-84).
