بِسۡمِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلرَّحۡمَٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ

 

قَالَ نُوحٞ رَّبِّ إِنَّهُمۡ عَصَوۡنِي وَٱتَّبَعُواْ مَن لَّمۡ يَزِدۡهُ مَالُهُۥ وَوَلَدُهُۥٓ إِلَّا خَسَارٗا

21. Noé s’écria : « Ils m’ont, Seigneur, désobéi. Ils ont suivi celui que ses biens et ses enfants ne font que ruiner davantage.

وَمَكَرُواْ مَكۡرٗا كُبَّارٗا

22. Ils ont tramé une grande intrigue.

وَقَالُواْ لَا تَذَرُنَّ ءَالِهَتَكُمۡ وَلَا تَذَرُنَّ وَدّٗا وَلَا سُوَاعٗا وَلَا يَغُوثَ وَيَعُوقَ وَنَسۡرٗا

23. “Ne délaissez point vos divinités, ont-ils enjoint, n’abandonnez point Wadd, Suwâ‛, Yâghûth, Yâ‛ûq et Nasr ”.[581]

وَقَدۡ أَضَلُّواْ كَثِيرٗاۖ وَلَا تَزِدِ ٱلظَّـٰلِمِينَ إِلَّا ضَلَٰلٗا

24. Ils ont (déjà) égaré beaucoup d’(hommes). Fais, (ô Allah), que les injustes s’égarent davantage ! »

مِّمَّا خَطِيٓـَٰٔتِهِمۡ أُغۡرِقُواْ فَأُدۡخِلُواْ نَارٗا فَلَمۡ يَجِدُواْ لَهُم مِّن دُونِ ٱللَّهِ أَنصَارٗا

25. C’est pour leurs fautes qu’ils furent alors noyés, puis jetés au Feu où ils ne trouvèrent, contre Allah, point d’alliés.

وَقَالَ نُوحٞ رَّبِّ لَا تَذَرۡ عَلَى ٱلۡأَرۡضِ مِنَ ٱلۡكَٰفِرِينَ دَيَّارًا

26. Noé dit : « Seigneur ! Ne laisse sur terre aucun mécréant, pas un seul.

إِنَّكَ إِن تَذَرۡهُمۡ يُضِلُّواْ عِبَادَكَ وَلَا يَلِدُوٓاْ إِلَّا فَاجِرٗا كَفَّارٗا

27. Car, si Tu les laisses, ils égareront Tes serviteurs, et n’engendreront que des pervers et des mécréants ingrats.

رَّبِّ ٱغۡفِرۡ لِي وَلِوَٰلِدَيَّ وَلِمَن دَخَلَ بَيۡتِيَ مُؤۡمِنٗا وَلِلۡمُؤۡمِنِينَ وَٱلۡمُؤۡمِنَٰتِۖ وَلَا تَزِدِ ٱلظَّـٰلِمِينَ إِلَّا تَبَارَۢا

28. Seigneur ! Pardonne-moi, à mes deux parents, à tous ceux qui entrent dans ma maison en ayant la foi, ainsi qu’à tous les croyants et à toutes les croyantes. Et ajoute (Seigneur) à la ruine des injustes ! »
