بِسۡمِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلرَّحۡمَٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ

 

قَالَ نَكِّرُواْ لَهَا عَرۡشَهَا نَنظُرۡ أَتَهۡتَدِيٓ أَمۡ تَكُونُ مِنَ ٱلَّذِينَ لَا يَهۡتَدُونَ

Ele disse ainda: "Desfigurai-Ihe o trono: olharemos se ela se guia, ou é dos que não se guiam."

فَلَمَّا جَآءَتۡ قِيلَ أَهَٰكَذَا عَرۡشُكِۖ قَالَتۡ كَأَنَّهُۥ هُوَۚ وَأُوتِينَا ٱلۡعِلۡمَ مِن قَبۡلِهَا وَكُنَّا مُسۡلِمِينَ

E, quando ela chegou, disseram-lhe: "Assim é teu trono?" Ela disse: "É como se o fora." Salomão disse: "E, a nós, foi-nos concedida a ciência, antes dela, e somos muçulmanos."

وَصَدَّهَا مَا كَانَت تَّعۡبُدُ مِن دُونِ ٱللَّهِۖ إِنَّهَا كَانَتۡ مِن قَوۡمٖ كَٰفِرِينَ

E o que ela adorava em vez de Allah afastou-a do caminho reto. Por certo, ela era de um povo renegador da Fé.

قِيلَ لَهَا ٱدۡخُلِي ٱلصَّرۡحَۖ فَلَمَّا رَأَتۡهُ حَسِبَتۡهُ لُجَّةٗ وَكَشَفَتۡ عَن سَاقَيۡهَاۚ قَالَ إِنَّهُۥ صَرۡحٞ مُّمَرَّدٞ مِّن قَوَارِيرَۗ قَالَتۡ رَبِّ إِنِّي ظَلَمۡتُ نَفۡسِي وَأَسۡلَمۡتُ مَعَ سُلَيۡمَٰنَ لِلَّهِ رَبِّ ٱلۡعَٰلَمِينَ

Disseram-lhe: "Entra no palácio." E, quando ela o viu, supô-lo um manto d'água; ergueu, então, as vestes, e descobriu ambas as canelas de suas pernas. Salomão disse: "É um palácio revestido de cristal." Ela disse: "Senhor meu! Por certo, fui injusta com mim mesma, e islamizo-me, com Salomão, para Allah, O Senhor dos mundos."

وَلَقَدۡ أَرۡسَلۡنَآ إِلَىٰ ثَمُودَ أَخَاهُمۡ صَٰلِحًا أَنِ ٱعۡبُدُواْ ٱللَّهَ فَإِذَا هُمۡ فَرِيقَانِ يَخۡتَصِمُونَ

E, com efeito, enviamos ao povo de Thamud seu irmão Sãlih. Ele disse: "Adorai a Allah." Então, ei-los divididos em dois grupos, que disputavam.

قَالَ يَٰقَوۡمِ لِمَ تَسۡتَعۡجِلُونَ بِٱلسَّيِّئَةِ قَبۡلَ ٱلۡحَسَنَةِۖ لَوۡلَا تَسۡتَغۡفِرُونَ ٱللَّهَ لَعَلَّكُمۡ تُرۡحَمُونَ

Disse: "Ó meu povo! Por que apressais o mal antes do bem? Que imploreis o perdão a Allah, para obter misericórdia!"

قَالُواْ ٱطَّيَّرۡنَا بِكَ وَبِمَن مَّعَكَۚ قَالَ طَـٰٓئِرُكُمۡ عِندَ ٱللَّهِۖ بَلۡ أَنتُمۡ قَوۡمٞ تُفۡتَنُونَ

Disseram: "Pressentimos mau agouro por causa de ti e de quem está contigo." Disse: "Vosso agouro é junto de Allah. Mas, sois um povo que está sendo provado."

وَكَانَ فِي ٱلۡمَدِينَةِ تِسۡعَةُ رَهۡطٖ يُفۡسِدُونَ فِي ٱلۡأَرۡضِ وَلَا يُصۡلِحُونَ

E havia, na cidade, um agrupamento de nove homens, que semeavam a corrupção na terra, e não a reformavam.

قَالُواْ تَقَاسَمُواْ بِٱللَّهِ لَنُبَيِّتَنَّهُۥ وَأَهۡلَهُۥ ثُمَّ لَنَقُولَنَّ لِوَلِيِّهِۦ مَا شَهِدۡنَا مَهۡلِكَ أَهۡلِهِۦ وَإِنَّا لَصَٰدِقُونَ

Disseram: "Jurai, por Allah, que, à noite, de sobressalto, o mataremos e a sua família; em seguida, diremos a seu herdeiro: 'Não assistimos ao aniquilamento de sua família e, por certo, somos verídicos'."

وَمَكَرُواْ مَكۡرٗا وَمَكَرۡنَا مَكۡرٗا وَهُمۡ لَا يَشۡعُرُونَ

E usaram de estratagemas, e Nós usamos de estratagemas. E eles não perceberam.
