Transliteration:( Hudanw wa bushraa lil mu'mineen )
"A guidance and glad tidings for the believer [2]."
Here, guidance refers to righteous actions and the direction toward the path of Paradise, which is granted specifically to those who believe. While the invitation to faith is extended universally, the spiritual fruits of guidance—such as inner clarity, steadfastness in good deeds, and the promise of Paradise—are reserved for true believers.
This verse also highlights that the Qur'an does not just guide; it brings glad tidings, giving hope, encouragement, and certainty of reward to those who follow its teachings sincerely.
