Transliteration:( Famaa kaana jawaaba qawmiheee illaaa an qaalooo akhrijooo aalaa Lootim min qaryatikum innahum unaasuny yatatahharoon )
"Then the only response from his people was to say, 'Expel the family of Lut from your city; indeed, they are people who wish to remain pure' [109]."
This verse exposes the moral bankruptcy of the people of Lut. They viewed purity and modesty as something offensive, to the extent that they wanted to expel those who upheld it. Their statement was not just rejection, but a mockery of righteousness—considering the desire to remain pure a fault, and thus proving their own corruption and ignorance.
