Transliteration:( Hattaaa izaa jaaa'oo qaala akazzabtum bi Aayaatee wa lam tuheetoo bihaa 'ilman ammaazaa kuntum ta'maloon )
"Till, when all would have come [153], Allah will say, 'Did you belie My Signs while your knowledge could not reach to them [154]? Or what you used to do?' [155]"
This refers to the moment on the Day of Judgement when the entire gathering of deniers will be brought before Allah for accountability.
From this, we learn that the judgement of the disbelievers will occur publicly, as a form of disgrace and humiliation.
By contrast, if Allah wills, the sins of believers will be judged privately, while their good deeds will be made public as a source of honour.
This means they rejected the signs of Allah—including belief in the Day of Judgement—without proper thought or reflection.
If they had only paused to reflect, even briefly, they could have embraced faith. This is not ignorance due to incapacity, but a willful neglect of pondering over truth.
This means they lived without considering why they were created or what purpose their actions served.
Every creation has a purpose, yet they never questioned their own existence or destiny. This heedlessness is a sign of their utter negligence toward the reality of the Hereafter.

(27:84) until, when all of them have arrived, Allah will say: “Did you give the lie to My Signs even without encompassing them with your knowledge?[102] If that is not so, what did you do?”[103]
102. That is, “You did not deny My revelations on the basis of some scientific investigation, which might have proved them to be false, but you denied them without any sound reason.”
103. That is, “If it is not so, can you then prove that you treated them as false only after a thorough scientific investigation through which you came to know that the reality was not that which was being presented in these verses?”
