33. Such is the punishment (31) here and certainly the punishment of the Hereafter is greater (32). Did they but know (33).

30.Then some of them advanced (28) against others, blaming each other.

29.They said: "Glory be to our Lord. Surely, we have been unjust (27)."

28. The moderate among them said: "Did I not say to you, why do you not glorify (26) (Allah)?"

27. "No, in fact, we have been unfortunate (25)."

26.But when they saw it, they said: "Certainly, we adopted the wrong way."

25. And in the morning they proceeded determined to achieve the purpose.

24.Saying: "Let no needy(24) person enter it today against you."

23.So they went, while whispering(23) together.

22.Saying: "Go out early to your field, if you want to pluck (22) (the fruit).

21.And they called out to each other in the morning.

20.And till the morning it became as cut down, barren (21) lands.

19. Then a calamity from your Lord Encircled (20) it, while they were sleeping.

18.But they were not willing to set aside a portion (for the poor).

17. Surely, We shall try (17) them as We tried the owners (18) of the garden, when they swore that they would certainly pluck all the produce in the morning (19); but they did not say: "If Allah wills."
