Quran-12:10 Surah Surah-yusuf English Translation,Transliteration and Tafsir(Tafseer).

قَالَ قَآئِلٞ مِّنۡهُمۡ لَا تَقۡتُلُواْ يُوسُفَ وَأَلۡقُوهُ فِي غَيَٰبَتِ ٱلۡجُبِّ يَلۡتَقِطۡهُ بَعۡضُ ٱلسَّيَّارَةِ إِن كُنتُمۡ فَٰعِلِينَ

Transliteration:( Qaalaa qaaa'ilum minhum laa taqtuloo Yoosufa wa alqoohu fee ghayaabatil jubbi yaltaqithu badus sai yaarati in kuntum faa 'ileen )

10. One of them said, kill not Yusuf,(20) and cast him into a dark well, that any traveller may take him away, if you are to do.

20. Because killing an innocent person is a harsh sin. These words were uttered by Yabooda who was the most kind hearted amongst them.

(12:10) Thereupon one of them said: “Do not kill Joseph, but if you are bent upon doing something, cast him down to the bottom of some dark pit, perhaps some caravan passing by will take him out of it.”
