Transliteration:( Yoosufu ayyuhas siddeequ aftinaa fee sab'i baqaraatin simaaniny ya'kuluhunna sab'un 'ijaafunw wa sabi'i sumbulaatin khudrinw wa ukhara yaabisaatil la'alleee arji'u ilan naasi la'allahum ya'lamoon )
"O Yusuf! O man of truth [102], give us the interpretation regarding seven fat cows being eaten by seven lean ones, and seven green ears and seven others dry; perhaps I may return to the people, so that they may know [103]."
The title "man of truth" (Saadiq) refers to someone who is true to their word. The difference between a Saadiq and a Siddeeq is that a Saadiq is a person whose words align with reality, while a Siddeeq is someone whose words align so perfectly with reality that things happen exactly as they say. Hazrat Yusuf (on whom be peace) was a Siddeeq, as seen when the cook tested him regarding his fate, and everything happened exactly as Hazrat Yusuf (on whom be peace) had predicted.
The steward asked Hazrat Yusuf (on whom be peace) to interpret the dream not only to reveal the meaning but also to demonstrate Hazrat Yusuf's (on whom be peace) knowledge and excellence. Until this point, the Pharaoh and his courtiers had not fully understood the true status of Hazrat Yusuf (on whom be peace). They had not recognized him as the jewel and pearl of the highest caliber. This moment would help them realize his remarkable wisdom and insight.

(12:46) Then he went to Joseph and said to him: “Joseph, O truthfulness incarnate,[39] tell the true meaning of the dream in which seven fat cows are devoured by seven lean ones; and there are seven green ears of corn and seven others dry and withered so that I may return to the people and they may learn.”[40]
39. The Arabic word Siddiq is used for the one who is an embodiment of truth and righteousness. Thus it shows that the butler had been so deeply impressed with the pure character of Prophet Joseph that even years had failed to blot it from his heart. 40. That is, they might understand your true worth and realize their own error in keeping you in prison without any just cause. And in a way I may get the opportunity of fulfilling the promise I made with you during my imprisonment.
