"The Honored Recorders."
The Role and Honor of Recording Angels
From this verse, two key points emerge:
Angels Hold High Status in Allah’s Court – The angels assigned to record human deeds are highly honored and respected in the presence of Allah Almighty.
They Record Every Deed with Accuracy – These angels are aware of all actions, whether apparent or hidden, and they document them precisely. The word Kariem (generous) is derived from Karam (kindness) or Karamat (nobility), signifying their elevated status.
