Transliteration:( Taraa kaseeram minhum yatawallawnal lazeena kafaroo; labi'sa maa qaddamat lahum anfusuhum an sakhital laahu 'alaihim wa fil 'azaabi hum khaalidoon )
"You will see many of them befriending infidels. What an evil thing they had sent forth for themselves that Allah's Wrath [230] fell upon them. And they shall dwell in punishment eternally." (Kanzul Imaan Translation)
From this verse, we learn that friendship with infidels can lead to Allah’s displeasure and Wrath. Such alliances are sometimes totally forbidden and, in other cases, amount to acts of infidelity.
This behavior brings severe consequences, as those who engage in such friendships invite great evil upon themselves and face eternal punishment in the Hereafter.
