Transliteration:( Wa kuloo mimmaa razaqakumul laahu halaalan taiyibaa; wattaqul laahallazeee antum bihee mu'minoon )
"And eat of that which Allah has provided for you, lawful and good [243], and fear Allah in Whom you believe [244]."
Lawful things are those that cannot become haram. Pure things are those that cannot become impure. Items like saliva and mucus are technically lawful, but not clean or pleasant. In contrast, tasty, clean, and nourishing food is considered good. One may enjoy such food freely, as long as it remains within lawful bounds.
This verse reminds that while enjoying wholesome food is encouraged, one must do so with God-consciousness. Righteous deeds must not be neglected. The world is like a zero—without faith, it is worthless; but with religion, it gains immense value. Believers must balance material blessings with spiritual responsibility.
