Transliteration:( Falaw laaa annahoo kaana minal musabbiheen )
"And had he not been among those who glorify [145] Allah."
While in the belly of the fish, Hazrat Yunus (peace be upon him) recited the following blessed supplication:
"Lā ilāha illā anta, subḥānaka innī kuntu minaz-ẓālimīn."
(There is no god but You; You are pure; indeed, I am from among the wrongdoers.)
From this, several important points are derived:
Zikrullah (remembrance of Allah) is a means of relief from hardships and calamities.
Duas and supplications reported from pious servants of Allah carry spiritual healing and curative power—not just in their time, but until the Day of Judgement.
Hence, even today, this blessed verse is widely recited for removing difficulties, as it embodies humility, repentance, and glorification of Allah.

Please refer to Surah Saffat ayat 139 which provides the complete commentary from verse 139 through 148.
(37:143) Had he not been one of those who glorify Allah,[80]
80. It has two meanings and both are implied: (1) That the Prophet Jonah (peace be upon him) was not of the people who are heedless of God, but was of those who glorify and adore Allah constantly and perpetually. (2) That when he went inside the fish, he turned to Allah alone and glorified Him. In Surah Al-Anbiya it has been said: He invoked Us from the depths of the darkness, saying: There is no god but You: Glory be to You: I am indeed blameworthy. (verse 87).
