Quran-37:53 Surah As-saffat English Translation,Transliteration and Tafsir(Tafseer).

أَءِذَا مِتۡنَا وَكُنَّا تُرَابٗا وَعِظَٰمًا أَءِنَّا لَمَدِينُونَ

Transliteration:( 'A-izaa mitnaa wa kunnaa turaabanw wa 'izaaman 'a innaa lamadeenoon )

53. "What! When we will be rotten and become dust and bones, shall we then get the reward and punishment(53)

53. The word Madeen is derived from DAIN e reward and retribution You are speaking Something strange that dry bones would be rewarded and punished According to our observation, reward and punishment has been meted out in ones lifetime and not after death. How will Allah Almighty give us reward and punishment'

(37:53) After we are dead and have become all dust and bones shall we still be requited?’[31]

31. That is, were you also one of those credulous people who put their faith in an irrational and impossible thing like life-after-death.
