    📖 Commentary of Surah As-Saffaat – Verse 55

    "Then he will look down and see him in the midst of Flaming Fire [55]."

    ✅ [55] The Sharp Vision of the Inhabitants of Paradise

    This indicates that the eyesight of the inmates of Paradise will be extremely sharp.

    They will be able to see from their elevated position the inmates of Hell, who dwell in a much lower region, as well as communicate with them.

    In Paradise, distance and light do not limit perception; near and far are the same in terms of vision and clarity.

    Ibn-Kathir

    The tafsir of Surah As-Saffat verse 55 by Ibn Kathir is unavailable here.

    Ala-Maududi

    (37:55) Then he will look downwards, and will see him in the depths of Hell.

    There is no commentary by Abul Maududi available for this verse.

    [1294]- The companion who had tried to dissuade him from belief on earth.
