Transliteration:( Illaa 'ibaadal laahil mukhlaseen )
"Except those who are the chosen [41] devotees of Allah."
This refers to the believers and the pious—those whom Allah has chosen through His mercy and guidance.
Here, only human beings are intended, because angels and pious jinn are not among the general inmates of Paradise in the same sense as believing humans.
This verse serves to distinguish the righteous from the wrongdoers mentioned previously, affirming that the chosen servants of Allah will be saved from punishment.
