Transliteration:( Maa lakum laa tantiqoon )
"What happened to you that you do not speak [92]"
He uttered these words in a state of fury and indignation. Otherwise, he was fully aware that these idols of stone did not possess the power of speech.
His statement was meant to mock their helplessness and expose the absurdity of idol worship to his people.
