Transliteration:( Wa izaa zukkiroo laa yazkuroon )

13. And when they are admonished, they do not pay heed [16]. (Kanzul Imaan Translation)

📖 Commentary of Surah As-Saffaat – Verse 13

"And when they are admonished, they do not pay heed [16]."

✅ [16] Turning Away From Guidance

This means: He who fails to understand even after your explanation will never understand, because the Holy Prophet ﷺ represents the highest stage of guidance and understanding.

If someone remains heedless despite being addressed by the Prophet ﷺ himself, it shows a deep stubbornness and spiritual blindness.
