17. And those who saved (47) themselves from worshipping idols and turned (48) towards Allah in repentance, for them are glad tidings (49). So, give good news to My such devotees.

18. Who listen to the word attentively and follow the best (50) thereof. It is they who Allah has guided (51) and it is they who possess wisdom (52).

20.But those who fear their(54) Lord, for them are lofty chambers, over which are built further chambers, heneath which flow streams. That is the promise of Allah. And Allah does not break (55) His Promise.

21.Have you not seen that Allah has sent(56) down water from the sky, and then made springs (57) in the earth from them? Then He causes to grow therewith crops of diverse colours (58), Thereafter it dries up and you see that it turns yellow. Then He breaks it into small grains(59)". Surely, it is a lesson for men of understanding,(60)

22.Cannot such one, whose heart Allah has opened for Islam (61) (peace), possess a light (62) from his Lord? But woe to those whose hearts are hardened (63) from the (64) rememberance of Allah. They are clearly on the wrong way.

23.Allah has revealed the best Book that is alike from beginning to the end (in beauty, truth and fairness), having repeated description (65) (promise of reward and award of punishment) at which do shiver (66) the skins of those who fear their Lord. Their skins and hearts soften towards the rememberance of Allah. This is the guidance of Allah. He guides therewith whom He Pleases (67). And he, whom Allah leaves to go on the wrong (68) way, there is none to guide him.

26. Therefore, Allah made them to taste humiliation "(72) in the life of this world. But the punishment of the Hereafter is the greatest (73). What a good thing it would bave been if they knew?

29.Allah sets an example: A servant belonging to disagreeing rude masters, and another belonging solely to one master. Are they both equal (77) in condition? All praise be to Allah. But most of them do not know.

32. Who is then more unjust than he who utters a lie(81) against Allah and falsifies (82) the truth when it comes to him? Is not in the Hell an abode (83) for the infidels?

35.Allah will remove (86) from them the worst that they did (87) and confer on them their reward for (88) the best of their deeds.

36. Is Allah not sufficient (89) for His devotee? Yet, they frighten you with others besides (90) Him. And whom Allah leaves to go on the wrong path, for him there is no guide. (91)

37.And whom Allah guides, for him there is none to mislead (92). Is not Allah the Most Honourable, the Master of Retribution?

38. And if you ask them who created the heavens and the earth(93), they will undoubtedly say: "Allah". Please declare: "Tell me then that those whom you worship besides Allah. if Allah desires any harm for me can they prevent His harm? Or, if He desires mercy for me, can they prevent (94) His mercy?" Please(95) declare: "Allah is enough for me. In Him the trusting ones put their trust".

43.Have they taken (110) some intercessor besides Allah? Please declare: "What! Even though they neither have control over any thing. nor do they understand (111)?"

44. Please declare: "All intercession (112) belongs to Allah. For Him is the kingdom of the heavens and the earth.Then you are to return (113) to Him".

45. And when Allah alone is mentioned, the hearts of those who do not believe (114) in the Hereafter, are filled with resentment. when those besides Him And are mentioned (115), behold, they (infidels) rejoice.

46. Please declare (116): "O Allah, the Creator of the heavens and the earth, Knower of the unseen and seen. You alone can decide between Your devotees, concerning that in which they differ (117)".

47. And if those who are the wrongdoers had all that is in the earth (118) and the likes thereof, in addition to it, they would certainly have offered all of it as ransom to get benefit from the severe (119) punishment on the Day of Resurrection. But there will appear to them from Allah that which they never imagine (120).

52. Do they not (130) know that Allah enlarges the provisions for whom He Pleases and restricts (131) them for whom He Pleases? Surely in it are signs for the people who believe.

53. Please declare: "O My devotees (132), who (133) have committed excesses against their own souls (134), do not despair of the Mercy of Allah. Surely Allah forgives all the sins (135). Indeed He is the Most Forgiving (136), the Most Merciful".
