📖 The Worthless Food of 🔥 Hell

📖 Tafseer (Commentary) of Surah Al-Ghashiyah (88:8)

🔹 The Food That Neither Nourishes Nor Satisfies Hunger

In 🔥 Hell, the food given to the sinners will neither nourish them nor satisfy their hunger.
✅ This punishment is due to their wrongdoings in the world.

1️⃣ The Reason for This Punishment

📖 The infidels consumed:
🔹 Devilish foods – food consumed to commit sins.
🔹 Sensual foods – food eaten without purpose, like animals indulging in desires.

📖 Allah Almighty says:
"And they eat like cattle eat." (Surah Muhammad 47:12)

2️⃣ The Concept of Faith-Inspiring Food

📖 True nourishment comes from faith-inspiring, lawful food, eaten for the sake of worshipping (اللَّهُ) Allah.
✅ Eating such food is itself an act of worship.
✅ Examples include:
🔹 Sehri and Iftaar in Ramadaan.
🔹 Food consumed by Islamic soldiers for battle.

3️⃣ The Lesson Behind This

📖 The people of 🔥 Hell will suffer because they neglected spiritual nourishment and focused only on worldly pleasures.
Eating with the right intention in the world earns rewards, but they failed to realize this.
