Transliteration:( In hiya illaa hayaatunad dunyaa namootu wa nahyaa wa maa nahnu bimab'ooseen )
"That is not but our life of this world that we die and we [58] live and we are not to be raised up [59]."
The disbelievers held the belief that life and death are merely natural cycles—some are born, others die—and this process continues aimlessly. This indicates they rejected the immortality of the soul, believing that death brings complete extinction.
They denied both resurrection in the Hereafter and any form of rebirth, such as returning as animals. Their belief was that once a person dies, the soul perishes entirely—a clear rejection of life after death and divine judgment.
