Transliteration:( Wallazeena hum bi Aayaati Rabbihim yu'minoon )
"And those who believe [89] in the signs of their Lord."
This refers to the believers who wholeheartedly accept the signs (آیات) of Allah—whether Qur'anic revelations, miracles, or natural signs—and act upon them with sincerity.
As mentioned in Tafseer Roohul Bayan, true belief is not just acknowledging the truth, but also living by it. Such believers combine faith with action, and the higher their level of belief, the deeper their reverence and fear of Allah.
The tafsir of Surah Al-Muminun verse 58 by Ibn Kathir is unavailable here.
Please refer to Surah Muminun ayat 57 which provides the complete commentary from verse 57 through 61.
(23:58) who have full faith in the Signs of their Lord;[52]
52. Signs here means both divine revelations to the Prophets and the signs found in man’s own self and in the universe around him. To believe in the verses of the Book is to affirm them, and to believe in the signs of human self and the universe is to affirm the realities which they point to.
