Transliteration:( Sa-yaqooloona lillaah; qul afalaa tazakkkaroon )
"Now they will say, 'To Allah' [120]. Say, 'Do you not ponder' [121]."
In response to the question posed in the previous verse, even the disbelievers admit that the earth and all that is in it belongs to Allah. This shows that they had a basic belief in Allah’s existence and His supreme authority—yet still chose to reject His commandments.
Their own answer proves the flaw in their thinking: if they recognize Allah as the true Owner of everything, then why do they ignore His guidance, deny resurrection, and disobey His messengers?
The Prophet ﷺ is then instructed to ask: “Do you not ponder?”—urging them to reflect seriously on the implications of what they have just admitted.
If they truly understood and internalized this belief in Allah’s ownership, they would naturally submit to His will, follow His revelations, and prepare for the Hereafter. Their failure to ponder shows a disconnect between belief and action.

Please refer to Surah Muminun ayat 84 which provides the complete commentary from verse 84 through 90.
(23:85) They will surely say: “Allah’s.” Say: “Then why do you not take heed?”[78]
78. That is, if you acknowledge this, why do you not then understand that none but Allah deserves to be worshiped and that when He has once created the earth and all the things in it, it is not difficult for Him to re-create them once again?
