Transliteration:( Inna rabbaka huwa yafsilu bainahum yawmal qiyaamati feemaa kaanoo feehi yakhtalifoon )
51 . Practical judgement will take place on the Day of Judgement ie the believers will be sent to Paradise and the infidels to Hell. But verbal Judgement is made in the world as well. But. here, the judgement will not be of punishment and reward. It could also mean that Allah Almighty will maintain a distance between the believer and the infidel and will make different destinations for them.

38. The allusion is to the differences and schisms in which the children of Israel were involved after they became deprived of the faith and belief and gave up obedience of their righteous leaders and were given to the worship of the world. One result of this is obvious and before the whole world: they suffer from disgrace and infamy and misfortune; the other result is that which is not known, to the world: it will appear on the Day of Resurrection.
