Quran-19:18 Surah Maryam English Translation,Transliteration and Tafsir(Tafseer).

قَالَتۡ إِنِّيٓ أَعُوذُ بِٱلرَّحۡمَٰنِ مِنكَ إِن كُنتَ تَقِيّٗا

Transliteration:( Qaalat inneee a'oozu bir Rahmaani minka in kunta taqiyyaa )

18. She said, “I seek refuge with the Most Merciful from you, if you are God-fearing.” [29] (Kanzul Imaan Translation)

(18) She said, "Indeed, I seek refuge in the Most Merciful from you, [so leave me], if you should be fearing of Allāh." (Saheen International Translation)

📖 Commentary of Surah Maryam – Verse 18

"She said, 'I seek refuge with the Most Merciful from you, if you are God-fearing.' [29]" (Kanzul Imaan Translation)

✅ [29] Her Modesty and Piety

This means she said: “Go away from here”, because she was alone in the bathroom.
By that time, she had already worn her clothes after bathing.

Her words clearly reflect her purity and modesty—instead of calling out for help, she sought refuge in Allah Almighty, showing her deep spiritual character and ensuring that no one would come to know of the incident.
