Transliteration:( Fawa Rabbika lanahshu rannahum wash shayaateena summa lanuhdirannahum hawla jahannama jisiyyaa )
"Then We will certainly pick [123] out from every group those who are most defiant towards the Most Merciful [124]."
This refers to the Day of Judgement, when Allah will select the worst offenders from each group to be singled out first for punishment.
Those who were most rebellious and arrogant against Ar-Rahman (the Most Merciful) will be extracted first. This shows that greater defiance brings greater accountability.

42. The Satans are the leaders who persuade the wicked people to enjoy themselves in this worldly life, for there is no life in the Hereafter, where they shall have to present themselves before Allah and give an account of their deeds.
