Transliteration:( Kallaa; sanaktubu maa yaqoolu wa namuddu lahoo minal 'azaabi maddaa )
"No [139]! We shall certainly record what he says [140] and increase the punishment [141] for him."
He neither believed in Allah nor had knowledge of the unseen. In reality, he will not receive wealth or children—rather, believers will be blessed with pious children and reward for their wealth.
Kiraman Katibeen, the noble angels, are recording all such arrogant statements. This shows that the actions of Allah’s beloved are executed by His command.
The punishment will be eternal, without any relief or end.

(19:79) By no means! We shall write down all what he says;[48] and We shall greatly prolong his chastisement,
48. That is, the boastful words of his shall also be included in the record of his crimes and he shall have to bear the consequences of his arrogant claim.
