Transliteration:( Qaala kazaalika qaala Rabbuka huwa 'alaiya haiyinunw wa qad khalaqtuka min qablu wa lam taku shai'aa )
"He said, 'So it is,' [14] your Lord said, 'It is easy for Me, and indeed, I created you before, when you were nothing.' [15]" (Kanzul Imaan Translation)
This means that you and your wife will remain in your current old age, and in this very condition, you will be granted a son.
Your youth will not be returned, yet Allah’s promise will still be fulfilled.
The One who has the power to create from nothing certainly has the power to grant a child to the elderly.
There is nothing astonishing or difficult in this for Allah—He created Zakariya himself when he was nothing, and He can do so again with ease.

(19:9) He answered: “So shall it be.” Your Lord says: “It is easy for Me,” and then added: “For beyond doubt, I created you earlier when you were nothing.”[6]
6. This dialogue is meant to impress that Allah is able to do whatever He wills and can make an impotent man and a barren woman give birth to a child, and likewise a virgin can be made to conceive a child.
