13. This is because they opposed Allah and His Messenger (29), and whoso opposes Allah and His Messenger then, undoubtedly, severe is the punishment of Allah.

So leave her that she may graze on Allah's earth, and touch (181) her not with evil, lest a painful punishment overtakes you
