Transliteration:( Innahum kaanu laa yarjoona hisaaba )
"Verily, they had no fear of being accounted for."
The disbelievers did not fear reckoning because they rejected the Day of Judgement.
This lack of fear stems from denial of the Hereafter, which led them to indulge freely in sinful acts without concern for the consequences.
The verse implies that belief in accountability is a powerful moral deterrent, and the absence of this belief results in heedlessness and rebellion.
