Transliteration:( Wa mai ya'mal minas saalihaati wa huwa mu'minun falaa yakhaafu zulmanw wa laa hadmaa )
And he who does good works and is a Muslim [156], then neither will he fear excessiveness nor loss [157].
This tells us that faith is a precondition for the acceptance of good deeds. However, after accepting faith, even the good deeds performed during the period of infidelity may be accepted, as reported in the Hadith. It is important to note the difference between acceptance and legality.
On that day, even the infidels will not fear injustice or cruelty, although they may face loss. The term cruelty here may refer to the cruelty inflicted by the infidels upon themselves and others, not the fear of Allah’s punishment. Alternatively, cruelty could mean not receiving rewards, while loss suggests receiving less reward.
The tafsir of Surah Ta-Ha verse 112 by Ibn Kathir is unavailable here.
Please refer to Surah Taha ayat 109 which provides the complete commentary from verse 109 through 112.

87. From this, it is clear that in the Hereafter the case of every individual will be decided on merits. If a man had been guilty of iniquity and injustice in regard to the rights of God or the rights of man or even his own rights, he shall be dealt with accordingly. On the other hand, those, who are both believers and workers of righteous deeds, shall have no fear that they would be deprived of their rights or punished even though they were innocent.
