Transliteration:( Wa laqad arainaahu Aayaatinaa kullahaa fakaz zaba wa abaa )
56. And indeed We showed to him all Our signs [65], then he belied and refused [66]. (Kanzul Imaan Translation)
This tells us that the deeds of the blessed Prophets are, in fact, deeds of Allah Almighty.
The miracles were performed by Hazrat Musa (On whom be peace),
but Allah Almighty declares:
“We have shown them.”
This emphasizes that Prophets act by the command and support of Allah.
He rejected these signs by:
Calling the miracles "magic",
Calling Hazrat Musa (On whom be peace) a magician.
This teaches us a vital truth:
Those who are not guided by the Prophets will never find true guidance from any other source.
The tafsir of Surah Ta-Ha verse 56 by Ibn Kathir is unavailable here.
Please refer to Surah Taha ayat 53 which provides the complete commentary from verse 53 through 56.
(20:56) Indeed We showed Pharaoh Our Signs,[29] all of them, but he declared them to be false and rejected them.
29. “Signs” comprised those arguments which were based on natural phenomena and human life and those miracles which were given to Prophet Moses (peace be upon him). These arguments are contained in the speeches of Prophet Moses (peace be upon him) which he delivered before Pharaoh, and the miracles which he showed and are mentioned at several places in the Quran.
