Transliteration:( Qaala laa takhaafaaa innanee ma'akumaa asma'u wa araa )
"Allah said, 'I am with you Hearing and Seeing [50].'"
This means: “My help and victory is with you.”
It signifies that Allah Almighty personally supports His Prophets with His listening and sight—meaning His active aid and supervision.
The blessed saints derive from this that Allah Almighty joins with the Prophets, and that Prophets are a means of nearness to Allah.
As Allah says:
"And when they do injustice unto their souls, then O Beloved, they should come to you and then beg forgiveness of Allah Almighty, and the Messenger should intercede for them, then surely they would find Allah Almighty most Relenting, Merciful." (Surah An-Nisa, 4:64)
