Transliteration:( Qaala khuzhaa wa laa ta khaf sanu'eeduhaa seeratahal oolaa )
"Said He, 'Pick it up and fear not, now We shall restore it to its former condition.' [22]"
From this we learn that this miracle of the staff was from Allah Almighty, but its manifestation was linked to the special staff and the blessed hand of Hazrat Musa (عليه السلام).
Another staff, even in the hand of Hazrat Musa, or the same staff in someone else’s hand, could not have turned into a serpent.
That is why the command specifically says: “You hold it.”
This shows that blessings and Divine powers operate through the hands of those who are beloved to Allah Almighty.
