Transliteration:( Izhab ilaa Fir'awna innahoo taghaa (section 1) )
"Go to Firawn [24], as he has raised the head."
This means: go to Pharaoh as a Prophet of Allah Almighty.
It tells us that Hazrat Musa (عليه السلام) was appointed as a prophet for the entire land of Egypt, which included both the Sibtis (Children of Israel) and the Qibtees (native Egyptians).
This command marked the beginning of his mission to confront the tyranny of Pharaoh and deliver the message of truth.
